Ok so i just found out the other day that Jace's parents expect us to pay them back for every single cent that they gave to us when we needed it....and we borrowed quite a bit, like when Jace wasn't getting hours at Staples so he was only getting pay checks that were like $50, and when i didnt hav a job yet, his parents gave us some money to pay our bills on time. And they hav givven us a butt load of gas money when all we had the money for was to pay our bills. And at one point or another they gave us some money for groceries.
But they expect us to pay every single bit of that money back to them, and Jace's dad said yesterday that since they just bought us a new heater that were gonna hav to pay them back $350 just for that. And $250 for the air conditioner that he bought us this summer, and that we hav to start paying them at least $200 every month for rent.
Now whenever i received something from my parents, i never had to pay them back for it unless they spacifically said when they gave it to me that i need to pay them back. But his parents dont even do that, they wait untill later that "oh yea yall are gonna hav to pay us back for that."
Jace just got his reimbursement checks for gas and food when he had to go to atlanta for AT&T training, and Jace's dad said that every single bit belonged to him...i was like "excuse me?, i think we need that a little more then you do right now."
Now you see iv always been a rebellious person, so personilly if i could, i would just tell them to shove it up their butt because thats our money and we need it right now!
But Jace has always been a "good boy" and does what his parents say...so more then likely they will be getting the majority of the money that we make for the next few weeks...but i can bet you one thing tho, it wont be from my checks!

That's crazy. I hate it when people don't make it known that they expect certain things from you then spring it on you later. You'll make it though. I know it sucks right now but everything works out in the end.

I totally agree with you tiff. It isn't unreasonable that they want yall to pay them back, but they should have A)told you when they gave it to you and b) they should wait until yall are financially stable enough to pay them back before they start penny pinching. I mean seriously, the welfare of their grandchild is way more important than their 300 dollars!! And as for rent, do they SERIOUSLY believe that yall would be living in their backyard if you could afford your own place?? what ASSHOLES
